Make a personalized welcome sign using a clay slab.

You will learn to use an extruder and to handbuild grapes and simple flowers.

You will also learn how to use a press mold.

**We will be working with a product that contains LATEX so if you have an allergy to LATEX, this will not be the class for you.**  

You will learn a wipe-back technique for greenware.

We will have a pattern, you won't need to freehand the design. If you do not have your own brushes, shop brushes will be available for use and/or available for purchase.

Birthday Plate

Rooster Plate, Poinsettia Plate or Poinsettia Cat

January 23, 9am - 4pm

The Rooster Plate will be painted using a majolica technique. This technique will involve putting Colors For Earth Color Concentrates on top of an already glazed surface. This design is put on with a pattern so don’t be afraid to try. There is no hand painting in this project.  

The Poinsettia plate or Poinsettia Cat is a fun class using Colors for Earth Color Strokes. You will learn shading techniques and how to create stripes using a sumi brush.
